Feel encouraged, supported and get amazing sleep, all at the same time
Are you tired of being exhausted?
Are you spending hours awake at night trying to get your little one to sleep?
Are you spending entire days dedicated to just one good nap from your child?
If you added up the hours you spend putting yourself to sleep, how much time would that be you could be spending on things you want to do?
Do you want more “me” time, or time alone with your spouse?
Welcome To Group Sleep Coaching With Baby O and I!
This program is broken into 3 age groups to best support you and your child where they are:
Newborn
4-6 months
7-12 months.
Maybe you have looked into sleep training before. The only problem is you have read multiple books on the topic, listened to advice from a Facebook moms group, and cried to family about the issue but it hasn't gotten better.
Here is why it hasn’t worked:
You have found a strategy, but aren’t able to follow it consistently
Maybe you’re winging it hoping something will stick, but nothing has
You don’t have anyone holding you accountable for your own success or professional feedback
Through gentle sleep training we will work collectively through a 4-week group sleep training program so that you will all be sleeping through the night peacefully.
Are you:
*Rocking, walking or driving your child for hours to get them to sleep?
* Fighting to make it through the day without falling asleep yourself?
*Not enjoying spending time with your child knowing you will combat a sleep battle daily?
* Thinking you’ve failed as a parent because you cannot get your child to sleep?
*Feeling anger or frustration towards your child for not being able to just lay down and go to sleep?
Baby O and I Consulting is here to take you from:
falling asleep at your desk
constantly needing caffeine to get through your day
at constant ends with your partner
and dreading night times
to getting back to your rested, productive and easygoing self.
Imagine if you could…
Have a group of like-minded parents in your corner while implementing a new sleep routine
Have time for yourself to relax, watch TV, and spend time with your partner, child-free
Have a babysitter or family member put your child to bed and go out for date nights
Pick up a hobby that you once enjoyed doing
Do more then simply exist, but live
This is why I do what I do. I want families to see the joy in every single moment they spend with their child, which can quickly be extinguished when a child is not sleeping at their best.
Let’s get you from dreading sleep situations to looking forward to bedtime snuggles.
How We Get Your Sleep Back:
