You Sleep.

I’ve Got the Night.

In-home overnight support for families with newborns (0–3 months). I handle feeds, diapers, and soothing from 10pm to 6am while you rest. In the morning, I’ll walk you through everything that happened and coach you on building a healthy sleep foundation from day one.

$500 per night. Most families book 2 nights per week on a recurring basis.

Night One is the hardest night. It’s when the doubt creeps in, when you second-guess the plan, when you want to give up at 2am and go back to rocking. That’s exactly why I’m there. Not to do it for you — but to be right beside you so you do it with confidence.

10:00 PM - i arrive

I come to your home and we do a quick check-in: how the day went, how your baby has been feeding, anything on your mind. Then you go to bed. Your night is done.

Overnight (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) — I Handle Everything

Every feed (bottle or I bring baby to you for nursing, your choice). Every diaper change. Every soothe. I follow your pediatrician’s guidelines and your preferences. I keep a detailed log of the entire night: feed times, amounts, diapers, sleep stretches, and any patterns I notice. Your baby is in expert hands, and you get to actually sleep.

6:00 AM — Your Morning Briefing

When you wake up — actually rested — I walk you through the full overnight recap. But this isn’t just a status update. I’ll share what I observed about your baby’s sleep patterns and give you specific guidance on building healthy sleep habits from here: things like drowsy-but-awake practice, feeding-sleep separation, and schedule adjustments. You get rest tonight and knowledge for every night after.

This Is for You If…

  • You’re in the thick of the fourth trimester and haven’t slept more than 2–3 hours straight in weeks.

  • You’re recovering from birth (vaginal or C-section) and your body needs rest to heal.

  • One parent is doing all the night shifts and you’re starting to feel it during the day.

  • You have older kids and can’t afford to be a zombie every morning.

  • You want your newborn to develop healthy sleep habits from the start, not just survive the first few months and fix problems later.

  • You don’t need someone to tell you what to do — you need someone to take the night shift so you can function.

Not sure if overnight support is right for you? Book a free 15-minute call to talk it through.

It was the best investment we ever made and I wish I had done it sooner. My son was sleeping without intervention in 2 days. No joke. Pricing was very reasonable for the attention you receive. If you’re on the fence — just do it.

The most helpful part was the one-on-one support and knowing I could get a response almost immediately. I am definitely happier and a less anxious mama thanks to her good sleep habits. She wakes up so happy in the morning! Best thing we did for our new family.
