You Don’t Have to Do the Hardest Night Alone.

In-home sleep training support for families with babies and toddlers 4 months and older. I come to your home on Night One and coach you through the entire process — step by step, in real time. You’re doing it. I’m right next to you making sure you’re doing it right.

Part of the Premium Sleep Training Package: Night One in-home support + 14 days of daily virtual follow-up. $2,500.

Night One is the hardest night. It’s when the doubt creeps in, when you second-guess the plan, when you want to give up at 2am and go back to rocking. That’s exactly why I’m there. Not to do it for you — but to be right beside you so you do it with confidence.

Before Night One — Your Consultation

Before I ever set foot in your home, we’ve already built your sleep plan together. During our consultation call, I assess your child’s sleep situation, your family’s goals, and your comfort level. I create a customized, step-by-step sleep plan that you understand and feel good about. By the time Night One arrives, you know exactly what we’re going to do and why.

Night One — I’m Right There With You

I arrive at your home before bedtime. We walk through the plan one more time. Then we do it together. I guide you through every step — the bedtime routine, the put-down, and whatever happens after. When your baby cries (and there will likely be some tears), I’m next to you explaining what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next. I help you stay the course when it feels hard. And when it starts working — often faster than you expect — I’m there for that moment too.

This is not cry-it-out. This is you, implementing a gentle, evidence-based plan with an expert by your side.

Nights 2–14 — Virtual Support Every Day

After Night One, you’ve got this — and I’m still with you. For the next 14 days, you get daily check-in support from me: morning emails, text communication, and log reviews. You send me your sleep logs, I tell you what to adjust. If something unexpected comes up — a bad nap, a regression, a tough night — we troubleshoot it together in real time.

Most families see a dramatic difference by Night 2 or 3. By the end of the two weeks, your child is sleeping independently and you have a schedule and a system you can rely on.

This Is for You If…

  • You’ve read the books and watched the videos but you’re terrified of getting it wrong on Night One.

  • You and your partner aren’t on the same page about sleep training and you need a neutral expert to guide you both.

  • You’ve tried sleep training before and it fell apart — you want someone to make sure it sticks this time.

  • You’re not okay with cry-it-out and you want someone who uses a gentler approach.

  • You want the accountability and real-time guidance that a DIY course can’t provide.

  • You know sleep training works — you just don’t trust yourself to do it alone at 2am.

Want sleep training support without the in-home night? I also offer a virtual-only Upgraded Package ($725) with the same customized plan and 14 days of daily support — just without Night One in person.

We went from sleepless nights and an angry baby at bedtime to a kid that can sleep 12 hours straight! We knew it was working 3 days in. Seriously, it just sort of started working. We are not tired anymore

Before working with Jensine, my daughter went from refusing bedtime and waking up multiple times every night to going to bed without complaint most evenings and usually sleeping through the night by day 7. I have my evenings back. Hire Jensine. She’s incredible.

The step-by-step plan made it easy to remember and follow. We knew the plan was working the morning after night one. He was a different kid in the morning after getting a good night’s sleep. It was amazing!
— Erica F., Wilmington, MA
We were stressed and had done all of the research we could on our own, but just hadn’t been able to develop a sufficiently detailed sleep plan. It only took a couple of nights before he made it all the way through the night.
